This is a short one
I was just thinking that talking and writing accomplish the same task
Expression/thought
For the ones with positive energy,
Talking.
For those with dirty shoulders,
Writing.
Both are physical actions that require at least small expenditures of energy
That, i.e. the exercise/action, combined with the thought & articulation themselves
breeds catharsis
Not to say that only sad people write and happy people can’t, of course
Well, I’m tired
My suggestion for your day today is this:
Don’t bottle it up. Speak it to a trusted loved one. Write it to your trusted self. Sing it in the bathroom. Dance it in the street. Feel and fear not
Just identify all the amazing things for which you can be grateful
